TurningOur CNC lathes are capable of holding .0001" consistently and have a maximum turning diameter of 16". We utilize both Haas and Hardinge turning centers.

MachiningFor our milling work, Bay Swiss uses Brother & Haas machining centers and have a maximum capacity of 12" x 12" x 14".
CNC
SwissWe offer Swiss type screw machining on our Star SNC series machining centers. These machines are well suited for small diameter, high precision components. Large or small quantity orders are welcome.
Laser
MarkingThe finishing touch may entail permanent marking of your product. While most shops have to send send their markings jobs outside, we have the capability to complete the task on-site. We can mark aluminum, steel, titanium, brass, copper, ceramics and even a wide range of plastics.
